How to get a debit card
If you have a U.S. Bank checking account, you can request a debit card by logging in to the (go to Manage cards) or online banking (go to Customer Service). You can also ask for a new card by calling 800-872-2657 or visiting any U.S. Bank branch.
Need a checking account? If you don’t have a U.S. Bank checking account, apply for a new account and then ask for a U.S. Bank Visa Debit Card.
