Account must be open and current (that is, no Minimum Payment is past due) on the closing date of the billing cycle in order to earn and redeem Points. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your bonus Points to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details. You will earn three (3) additional Points for each $1 on the first $150,000 spent during each account calendar year on combined eligible Net Purchases made directly with merchants that are classified as a travel category transaction (such as purchases made directly with airlines, hotels, car rentals, taxicabs, limousines, passenger trains and cruise line companies) and for purchases made with merchants classified as a gas station or electric vehicle charging station. After $150,000 is spent on combined purchases during the calendar year in these categories, you will earn 1 Point for each $1 spent, with no maximum. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your bonus points to be credited to your account. Existing and previous Business Altitude Connect accounts do not qualify for bonus points for a similar account type. One-time bonus points do not apply toward account upgrades. 5. From time to time we may offer you the benefit of our U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans, which allow you to pay off balances in fixed monthly payments over time and still avoid paying interest charges on new Purchases. Only your company’s Authorized Officer (AO) may enroll in an U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan. All references to “you” and “your” apply to the AO. If your company’s card program is set up with central billing, the AO may select ExtendPay-eligible Purchases when viewing the central billing account (which includes Purchases made on employee cards). If your company is set up with individual billing, the AO may only select Purchases made on their own card account.

This fixed fee is disclosed upon enrollment and charged each month that you owe the applicable ExtendPay® balance. ExtendPay fees are calculated based upon the original principal amount, purchase APR, and other factors. When you make a payment, the amount up to your Minimum Payment is applied first to the monthly payment obligation for U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans and U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Loans if any, and then to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of the lowest to highest APR.
