You can change the PIN for your personal or business ATM or debit card anytime. You’ll need to have a registered cellular device (mobile number) and your old PIN to change it. Please note, a PIN needs to be four digits with no spaces and cannot be 0000 or 9999.
Online banking
- Select Customer service at the top of the page, then choose Self service.
- Select Reset debit or ATM card PIN.
Note: This is found in the “Deposit accounts & Debit/ATM Cards”, within the "Debit Card & ATM Card" section. - Choose the card associated with the PIN. Select Continue.
Note: You may be asked for your previous PIN and/or to enter a one-time passcode. - Enter your desired number, confirm it, then select Save PIN.
U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Open the main menu, then choose Manage Cards.
- Choose the card associated with the PIN, then scroll down and select Reset PIN.
