Make your payment whenever it's convenient for you using our automated phone system. Here's how:
- Call us at 800-365-7772.
- We'll ask if you're the homeowner. Answer as applicable.
Note: If you're not the homeowner, you may need to speak with a banker. Press "0" or say "representative" to be routed to the next available person. We're available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. CT and Saturday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. CT.
- Say something like "make a payment".
- Provide the payment details, such as the account number, routing number, and amount.
- The automated phone system will verify the information back to you. If it's correct, say "Yes" to submit the payment.
