Online banking steps:

To get started, log into online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select My Accounts at the top of the page, then select your mortgage account to access the mortgage dashboard.
  2. In the upper left corner, select Payment.
  3. From the Payment Sources section, select Add account. Once the checking/savings account is entered, it's saved on file for the next time you want to make a payment. 
  4. From the Make a Payment section, choose one of the following options:
    • Select Monthly Payment to make the monthly payment due.
    • Select Other Payment to make an additional payment to escrow or principal, then enter the amount to pay.
  5. Choose the payment method and date, then select Confirm Payment.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank mobile app.

  1. Select your mortgage account, then Make a payment.
  2. Select your mortgage account again to pay, then choose the checking or savings account you're paying from.
  3. The payment amount due will display.
    • Enter an amount for additional principle or escrow, if desired. Then select Done.
    • To only pay principle or escrow, use the toggle next to the mortgage payment to choose not to pay the monthly payment due.

We want to make the process of updating your homeowner's insurance as simple as we can. Follow these steps to electronically submit your information.

  1. Visit ihaveinsurance.com/usbank and select Upload my insurance document.
  2. Provide your first and last name, loan number, and email address. 
  3. Choose Select a document to Upload.
  4. Choose your insurance document from your saved files. The form will automatically submit your personal information and document.

Be sure the document you've uploaded shows the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Property address
  • Policy number
  • Loan number (can be hand written)
  • Premium amount
  • Policy coverages
  • Deductibles
  • Effective and expiration dates
  • Any policy exclusion(s)

ihaveinsurance.com/usbank is mobile friendly so you can complete this whole process directly from your smartphone and use your camera to take a picture of your Declaration Page. If you have questions about this site, please contact 833-249-6395. Home equity loans and lines of credit

Checking the status of your loan or line application is easy. Just choose one of the options below that is most convenient for you to get an update.

Log in to your home equity loan or line account through the U.S. Bank Mobile App or online banking.

To make a one-time payment for your account, just follow these steps:

Online banking steps:

  1. Choose Bill Payments, then Pay bills from the main online banking page.
  2. Select the account you'd like to pay then select Make a payment. 
  3. The minimum payment will be displayed automatically. If you want to pay a different amount select Pay this amount.
  4. Review payment date and the selected pay from account. Select those options if you'd like to make any changes. 
  5. Select Pay to complete your payment. 

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Select the Pay bills and transfer at the bottom of the account dashboard, then Pay a bill.
  2. Select the account you'd like to pay then select Make a payment. 
  3. The minimum payment will be displayed automatically. If you want to pay a different amount select Pay this amount.
  4. Review payment date and the selected pay from account. Select those options if you'd like to make any changes. 
  5. Select Pay to complete your payment.

You can set up autopay by following these steps below. Once the setup is finished, the confirmation screen will display the first date the automatic payment will take place.

Online banking steps:

To get started, log into online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Go to Bill Payments and select Pay a U.S. Bank Account.
  2. From the dropdowns, select the accounts you'd like to pay to and from.
  3. To pay from an account not listed select Add an External Account. Select AutoPay.
  4. Select the payment amount and payment schedule, then Continue.
  5. Review your information and the AutoPay Terms and Conditions
  6. Check the box next to I agree to the AutoPay Terms and Conditions and select Submit.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Select Pay bills & transfer at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. Choose Pay a bill, then select the account you'd like to pay.
  3. Under Payment settings locate Autopay and select Set up now.
  4. Complete the form to select payment amount, frequency and payment date, and the account you're paying from. 
  5. Select Start autopay to complete your set up.

You can transfer money between your accounts, just follow these steps.

  1. Choose Transfer Money then select Transfers & Payments.    
  2. Select Internal Transfers. 
  3. Choose the From and To accounts.
  4. Enter the requested information, how often you'd like the transfer to take place, and when you want it to start and end. Then select Next.
  5. Review your information and select Submit to confirm.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

  1. Select Pay bills & transfer at the bottom of the account dashboard, then Transfer money.
  2. Choose the account you want to transfer from and the account to transfer to.
  3. Enter the amount, then select Done. Note: The date will default to the current day. To select a different date, select the calendar icon and choose the desired date.
  4. Use the "Repeat this Transfer" toggle switch to activate the recurring transfer.
  5. Choose the desired frequency and stop repeating date.
  6. Select Transfer $xxx. Review the details of your transfer, select Transfer $xxx to confirm.
  7. A confirmation screen will display with the details of your transfer. Select Done to return to the account dashboard.
