  1. Points are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Account must be open and current (that is, no Minimum Payment is past due) on the closing date of the billing cycle in order to earn and redeem Points. Purchases qualify for Points based on how merchants choose to classify their business and we reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify. Use of the Card is subject to terms and conditions of the U.S. Bank Business Altitude Connect Cardmember Agreement, which may be amended from time to time. U.S. Bank Business Altitude Connect Cardmembers will earn one (1) Point for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases. You will earn additional Points for the following Net Purchases: You will earn four (4) additional Points for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations purchased in the online Altitude Rewards Center using your U.S. Bank Business Altitude Connect Card. Prepaid car and hotel reservations in the Rewards Center are not classified as a travel category merchant transaction and are not eligible to receive the additional Points for that category. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your bonus Points to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details. You will earn three (3) additional Points for each $1 on the first $150,000 spent during each account calendar year on combined eligible Net Purchases made directly with merchants that are classified as a travel category transaction (such as purchases made directly with airlines, hotels, car rentals, taxicabs, limousines, passenger trains and cruise line companies) and for purchases made with merchants classified as a gas station or electric vehicle charging station. After $150,000 is spent on combined purchases during the calendar year in these categories, you will earn 1 Point for each $1 spent, with no maximum. You will earn one (1) additional Point for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases during each billing cycle for any merchant classified as a restaurant, fast-food restaurant or bar, and cellphone provider, with no maximum.

  2. An automatic statement credit of $25 will be applied to your Account within two (2) statement billing cycles following three (3) consecutive months in which at least one (1) eligible rideshare service purchase was made directly with a rideshare provider such as Uber and Lyft, including taxi services. Eligible rideshare service providers are identified by their Merchant Category Code (MCC). We do not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any portion of all or any rideshare services credit for unauthorized purchases or transaction credits. Account must be in good standing (open and able to use) to receive the credit.
