Can I track my new or replacement card?

Yes. You can check the shipping status of your debit or credit card in digital banking. We’ll also send emails with shipping updates as they become available.

Track your new or replacement card in online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Online banking: Select Accounts, then choose Manage cards
    U.S. Bank mobile App: Open the main menu and choose Manage cards.
  2. Select the card you'd like to track.
  3. Select Track your card to see the shipping status of your card.

You can see the shipping status and expected delivery date of your card. If your card has a tracking number, select View details at the top to see more information.
