Unlocking your access to online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App is as easy as resetting your password.

When online, you can select Forgot username or password at usbank.com. From the U.S. Bank Mobile App, select Get login help.

From there, just follow the steps and we’ll walk you through the process.

You can use our automated phone system to request login assistance. Call 800-USBANKS (872-2657) and follow the prompts to verify your identity. From the main menu say "login assistance" to start the process.
