To cancel a mortgage payment, follow these steps using online banking

1. Select your mortgage account from the dashboard.
   • If you have multiple U.S. Bank accounts, choose View and manage.
   • If you only have a mortgage, choose View, pay & manage.
2. Choose Payment at the top of the page.
3. On the right, locate the "Scheduled Payment" section. Then, select the X to cancel it.

To cancel a mortgage payment using the U.S. Bank mobile app

1. Select your mortgage account from the dashboard.
2. Choose Manage.
3. Choose Set up and edit autopay.
4. On the right, locate the "Scheduled Payment" section. Then, select the X to cancel it.
