When is an external transfer complete?

External account transfers are typically completed in three business days. For example, if you request a transfer on Monday, we will debit your account before the start of business on Tuesday, and credit the receiving account before the start of business on Thursday.

To view the status of all external account transfers for the last 180 days, select Activity at the top left of the External Transfers menu.

Note: On occasion, the receiving financial institution may extend the date of deposit. You will be notified by email if an extension is placed on your transfer.
