What should I do if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

Contact your mobile service provider to report your device is lost or stolen. Also complete the following, as needed: 

  • Change your username.
  • Remove your lost or stolen device
    • Call us at 800-USBANKS (872-2657) to unenroll or change to a new mobile number. 
  • Monitor your accounts for suspicious activity
    • If you notice anything that concerns you, call us at 800-USBANKS (872-2657). We accept relay calls.
