What should I do if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

To best protect yourself, contact your mobile service provider to report your device is lost or stolen. Then, complete the following actions, as needed: 
  • Change your username at usbank.com. This is recommended if you're using the Remember My ID setting on the U.S. Bank Mobile App or you suspect your username is compromised. 
  • Deregister your lost or stolen device. If you use Text banking, call us at 800-872-2657 or log in to online banking to unenroll. Don't worry, you can start it up again whenever you're ready.
  • Carefully monitor your accounts for suspicious activity. If you notice anything that concerns you, call us at 800-872-2657 to report the activity.
