How can I change my language settings?

You can personalize your language preference however, not all features are available in an alternate language. Currently, English and Spanish are the languages available. Choose the best experience below to personalize your language.

Online banking steps:

To get started, just log in to online banking and follow these steps.

  1. From the dashboard, select Customer service, then My profile.
  2. Select Edit under Language. 
  3. Choose the language you'd like:
    • English to Spanish: Choose Español, then Accept to agree to the terms.  
    • Spanish to English: Choose English, then Cancelar (i.e., cancel).

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank mobile app.

  1. Open the main menu in the upper left corner, then select the gear icon
  2. On your profile screen, then select on the arrow next to Language.
  3. Choose the language you'd like:
    • English to Spanish: Choose Español, then Accept to agree to the terms.  
    • Spanish to English: Choose English, then Cancelar (i.e., cancel).
