How can I change my language settings?

You can personalize your language preference however, not all features are available in an alternate language. Currently, English and Spanish are the languages available. 

To change your language settings using online banking

  1. From the dashboard select Profile & settings, then Edit Language Preferences.
  2. Choose the language you'd like:
    • English to Spanish: Choose Español, then Aceptar (i.e., accept) to agree to the terms.  
    • Spanish to English: Choose English, then Cancelar (i.e., cancel).

To change your language settings using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Open the main menu in the upper left corner, then select the gear icon
  2. On your profile screen, then select on the arrow next to Language.
  3. Choose the language you'd like:
    • English to Spanish: Choose Español, then Aceptar (i.e., accept) to agree to the terms.  
    • Spanish to English: Choose English, then Cancelar (i.e., cancel).

*The Smart Assistant also allows you to speak English or Spanish when using the feature within the mobile app. To get started, tap on the blue microphone on the main dashboard and say a command.

Your selection will change the language for account communications and platforms including:
  • Online banking
  • Mobile banking app
  • Monthly statements
  • Account management letters
Some communications and services may only be available in English.
