You can opt out of marketing emails, calls, and mail from U.S. Bank at any time. Choose the option that works best for you.
If you are a U.S. Bank customer
Option 1: Manage your privacy settings online
- Sign in at usbank.com
- Select Profile & settings
- Choose Data sharing & privacy
- Select one of the following:
- Data access reports (View) – See what data is shared
- My controls (Manage) – Manage apps and data access
- Personal information (Review) – Request a copy of your data
Option 2: Submit an opt-out form (no login needed)
- Go to the U.S. Bank Consumer Privacy page
- Enter the required account owner information
- You can either Log in to manage your preferences, or Update preferences.
Option 3: Call us
- Call 800-370-8580 to opt out. Relay calls are accepted.
If you are not a U.S. Bank customer
