How do I remove my information from your marketing lists?

You can opt out of marketing emails, calls, and mail from U.S. Bank at any time. Choose the option that works best for you.

If you are a U.S. Bank customer

Option 1: Manage your privacy settings online

  1. Sign in at usbank.com
  2. Select Profile & settings
  3. Choose Data sharing & privacy
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Data access reports (View) – See what data is shared
    • My controls (Manage) – Manage apps and data access
    • Personal information (Review) – Request a copy of your data

Option 2: Submit an opt-out form (no login needed)

  1. Go to the U.S. Bank Consumer Privacy page
  2. Enter the required account owner information
  3. You can either Log in to manage your preferences, or Update preferences.

Option 3: Call us

  • Call 800-370-8580 to opt out. Relay calls are accepted.
 
If you are not a U.S. Bank customer

Stop telemarketing calls you can register your number at donotcall.gov
