What are the requirements for creating a username?
The username you pick will allow you to access your accounts and use our digital banking services. A username needs:
- Seven to 22 characters
- Any mix of letters and/or numbers
- No spaces or special characters
Once you create a new username, you can’t reuse the prior username.
