How do I change my paperless preferences for statements, tax documents and other notices?

Paperless preferences let you choose how you want to get your documents, like statements, letters, and tax forms. You can get them in the mail on paper, or you can choose digital versions, which are usually PDF files.

To get digital documents, you must have an email address on your account. We use this email to send you alerts. When a new paperless document is ready, we’ll email you so you can log in and view it.

You can switch back to paper mail anytime. Please allow one full billing cycle for changes to take effect.

  1. Online banking: Select Profile & settings.
