How do I sign up for paperless delivery of letters and notices?

When you enroll in the paperless preference option you help the environment and it keeps your information safe. We're happy to help you sign up for paperless delivery, here’s how:

Online banking steps:

To get started, log into online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select My Accounts from the main menu then select My Documents from the drop down.
  2. Select Paperless Preferences
  3. If you have eligible accounts, you'll see a section on the paperless preferences page for letters & notices. Select Paperless, then select Save.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Select the menu in the upper left corner, then choose Statements & docs.
  2. Tap Paperless preferences which will allow you to select any or all accounts you’d like to receive electronically.
  3. Select Save.

Additional information:  

eStatement enrollment for checking, savings and money market accounts:
  • Enrollment prior to August 2013: You won't automatically receive online letters and notices.
  • Enrollment post August 2013: You will automatically receive online letters and notices.

You can also sign up for Paperless preference alerts to notify you when your statement is available.
