If I'm not receiving security alerts, what can I do?

Your security is important and we want to be sure your security alerts are working. If they aren't:

  • Check your profile in online or mobile banking. Here you can see if we have your current email address, primary phone number, and mobile number.
  • Call us at 800-872-2657. We're open 24/7. We'll look into the problem to find a solution. 
  • Visit your local branch. A branch banker can assist with starting a research request to look into the issue further.
