For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

If you've enrolled in online and/or mobile banking, follow these steps:

1. Open the U.S Bank Mobile App on your device. 
2. Enter your username and password. Once you're logged in, your account dashboard will display. 

If you're new to the mobile app, continue with these steps:

1. Open the U.S Bank Mobile App on your device. 
2. Select Create a username and password.
3. Follow the prompts to enter in your account number and personal identification information.
4. Enter your mobile number to send yourself a six-digit verification code, and select Continue.
5. Enter the code sent to you on your mobile device, then select Continue.
6. Create a username and password for your online and mobile banking account. 
7. Enter an email address and select Continue.
8. Click Done.
9. Review the summary of the app's features and highlights, and choose which permissions to allow/don't allow.
10. Once complete, your account dashboard will display.
