How do I find my FlexPerks loyalty number?
A loyalty number is used similar to an account number that we use to keep track of the points you've earned. The loyalty number can be found on your monthly statement or within your digital banking profile.
To find your loyalty number using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Choose your FlexPerks credit card account.
- Select Rewards, then choose Redeem rewards.
- Select Profile to open your profile page, where you'll find the loyalty number.
