How do I find my FlexPerks loyalty number?
To find your loyalty number, log into digital banking and follow these steps:
- Choose your FlexPerks credit card account.
- Select Rewards and benefits.
- Select Redeem rewards.
- Select profile in the upper right corner to open your profile page, where you'll find the loyalty number.
The loyalty number can also be found on your monthly statement. If you can't find it or need assistance, please call the number on the back of your card, or 800-285-8585. We accept relay calls.
