How do I manage additional authenticators when I log in?

To help us keep your information secure, the additional authentication process can't be completely stopped. However, you can follow these steps to change how often we ask for it.

How to manage additional authenticators in online banking

  1. Select Profile & settings, then Manage profile & settings. Select Edit login Preferences
  2. Scroll down to the "Security" section.
  3. Select the toggle switch to turn two-step verification on or off.
    • On: We'll offer to send a one-time passcode to your mobile number each time you log in at usbank.com.
    • Off: We will not ask for a one-time passcode when you log in.
