How do I turn off additional authenticators that are required when I login?

Due to security reasons, you're unable to completely stop the additional authentication process. However, you can change how often we ask for additional authentication. 

To get started, just log in to online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select the Customer Service on the top menu bar, then choose My Profile. 
  2. Choose Edit under the Additional Authenticators section. 
  3. Uncheck the box next to Always verify my account at login, then select Done. 

The option to change your additional authentication preferences is only available on the full website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
