How do I manage my Zelle® preferences to send and receive money?

Your Zelle® profile can only be changed if you have more than one deposit account with U.S. Bank. If you only have one deposit account, you will not see the option to change it. Additional accounts with other financial institutions or banks cannot be added.

How to manage my Zelle® preferences to send and receive money using digital banking

  1. Select Transfer & pay, then Send & request money with Zelle®.
  2. Towards the end of the list choose Preferences.
  3. Select Choose mobile number, Choose email, or the Linked account to make changes. 
  4. Online banking: After making changes, choose Save to confirm your updates.  
  5. U.S. Bank Mobile App: Your changes are saved automatically.
