How do I manage my Zelle® preferences to send and receive money?

Your Zelle profile can only be changed if you have more than one deposit account with U.S. Bank. If you only have one deposit account, you will not see the option to change it. Additional accounts with other financial institutions or banks cannot be added.

How to manage my Zelle® preferences to send and receive money using online banking

  1. Select Transfer & pay, then Send & request money with Zelle®.
  2. Towards the bottom of the page, select Preferences.
  3. Select Choose mobile number, Choose email, or the Linked account to make changes. 
  4. After making changes, choose Save to confirm your updates.  

How to manage my Zelle® preferences to send and receive money in the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Select Send Money at the bottom of the screen, then choose Preferences at the bottom of the list.
  2. Select Choose mobile number, Choose email, or the Linked account
  3. Select the desired mobile number, email address, or another linked account. Your changes automatically save.
