How do I view or cancel an existing stop payment on recurring credit card transactions?

To view or cancel an existing stop payment on recurring credit card transactions follow the steps below.

Online banking steps:

To get started, just log in to online banking and follow these steps.

  1. From the top select Customer service, then Self service
  2. Choose Stop recurring payments from the Credit/Charge Account section.
  3. Towards the bottom of the page select Stop payment history. 
  4. Locate and select the merchant you'd like to view or cancel.
    • The status of the stop payment will display to the right. 

To cancel an active stop payment, select the merchant and choose Cancel request. Confirm the cancelation by selecting Yes, cancel request

  1. Select your credit card and choose Account options from the upper left. 
  2. Choose Stop recurring payments, then Stop payment history towards the bottom of the screen. 
  3. Locate and select the merchant you'd like to view or cancel.
      • The status of the stop payment will display to the right. 

To cancel an active stop payment, select the merchant and choose Cancel request. Confirm the cancelation by selecting Yes, cancel request
