When I update my phone number or email address, does that change where my alerts are sent?

Security alerts and branch eReceipts are sent to the primary email address on file. When you change it, these alert types are automatically redirected. 

Most alerts need to be manually changed, like account alerts, bill pay alerts and Zelle® alerts. This means each one needs to be reviewed to change the phone or email address associated with it. See also: How do I change where my alerts are sent?
