How long does it take to receive money with Zelle?

Money sent with Zelle® is typically available to an enrolled recipient within minutes. We'll send you a notification the payment has been sent and when it's deposited into their account. 

If the money isn't received right away, there's a couple things to consider:

  • If the recipient isn’t enrolled with Zelle®, they'll receive a notification prompting them to do so. Once they're enrolled, it may take up to three business days for the funds to be deposited. 
  • If your payment is pending, confirm with the person they've enrolled with Zelle® and that you entered the correct email address or mobile phone number.
