Money sent with Zelle® is usually available to an enrolled recipient within minutes.
What to expect
- Money sent with Zelle® is typically available within minutes when the recipient is already enrolled.
- You will receive a notification when the payment is sent and when it is deposited.
- Your recipient will also receive a notification letting them know money was sent.
If the recipient is not enrolled
- The recipient will be prompted to enroll with Zelle®.
- They can enroll before or after you send the money.
- After enrollment, it may take up to three business days for the funds to be deposited.
If the payment is delayed
- Ask the recipient which email address or mobile number they used to enroll.
- Compare that information with the details on your Zelle® payment.
- If the payment is still pending and the information is incorrect, you may be able to cancel it.
