What if I forgot my digital banking password?

Sometimes we forget our passwords. If you need to reset yours, here's how:

Online banking steps:

  1. On the home page, select Get login help, then choose Reset password.
  2. Enter your username and last four digits of your SSN.
  3. Choose to have a one-time passcode sent to your mobile number or select Verify another way to use your PIN to verify your identity.
  4. Enter your new password, re-enter it, then select Next.
  5. A confirmation screen will display. Select Continue to be automatically logged in.

iPhone/Android Mobile App steps:

  1. On the Login screen, select Get login help.
  2. Enter your mobile number and the last four digits of your SSN, then select Continue.
  3. Choose to have a one-time passcode sent; or select Try another way to use your PIN as verification. 
  4. Select Reset password to change it. 
  5. Enter your new password, re-enter it, then select Update Password.
  6. You can then choose to set up biometric login if your device qualifies. Otherwise select Login to return to the login screen. 

Additional information:

Please note, your mobile number needs to be registered on your profile at least three business days before it can be used for one-time passcode authentication.

Passwords need to meet the following criteria:

  • It's 8-24 characters in length.
  • Include both letters and numbers. 
  • No spaces. 
  • May include special characters such as "%, $, &".
