How do I change my account alerts if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

It can be stressful when your mobile device is lost or stolen. To help make this process easier you can change where your alerts are delivered at any time. Follow the steps below to make changes to how your alerts are delivered.

To change your account alerts using online banking

  1. Choose an account from your dashboard then select the Account services tab. 
  2. From the Alerts & notifications section select Account alerts.
  3. Choose the type of alert from the "Notifications" menu on the left. 
  4. Select All settings, then locate the specific alert(s) to change. For example, to change where your account alerts are sent, select "Account activity".
    • Select the chevron (>) to the left of the alert name to expand the details. Here you can make changes.
    • Use the toggle buttons to turn the alerts off quickly.
  5. If you have more than one account, you'll need to repeat these steps for each account. Select a different account from the drop down in the top right corner.

To change your account alerts using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Open the main menu and select Notifications, then choose the alert type to change.
  2. Select All settings, then locate the specific alert(s) to change. For example, to change where your account alerts are sent, select "Account activity".
    • Select the chevron (>) to the right of the alert name to expand the details. Here you can make changes.
    • Use the toggle buttons to turn the alerts off quickly.
  3. If you have more than one account, you'll need to repeat these steps for each account. Select a different account from the drop down at the top of the screen.
