How can I manage push notifications?

Receive push notifications right from your U.S. Bank Mobile App. Notifications include:

  • A deposit posted to your account.
  • Duplicate purchase, charge or transfer was made to or from your account.
  • A check you wrote or deposited was returned.
  • Your account is overdrawn.
  • A credit card payment due.
  • An important document was returned to us.
  • Zelle® transfers and requests*.

How to enable or disable push notifications using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. From the main menu, select Notifications.
  2. Then choose a notification type from the list.
  3. Use the toggle switch next to Allow push notifications to turn them on or off.

How to disable push notification using online banking

Once disabled they can only be set up again in the U.S. Bank Mobile App. 

  1. Choose an account from your dashboard then select the Account services tab.
  2. From the Alerts & notifications section select Account alerts.
  3. Select Account activity from the "Notifications" menu on the left. 
  4. Choose All settings, then select the chevron (>) to the left of the alert name to expand the details.
  5. Use the toggle button to the right to turn off Push notifications.
  6. Confirm that you want to disable the notifications.
  7. To disable notifications on another account, select it from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the page.
