How do I make payment arrangements on my account?

If you need to make payment arrangements, follow the process below:

For the best mobile or online banking experience, we recommend logging in first.

  1. Select It looks like you missed a payment in red, below your account.
  2. Select See payment plans and answer the short questionnaire.
  3. Choose the payment plan that best fits your needs.
  4. Add a funding account (i.e., the account to pay from) or select one on file.
  5. Review the information and if you agree to the terms, select Submit. 

We'll mail you a confirmation letter with the terms of your payment plan within 10 days.

Additional information:

  • We offer payment arrangements on personal credit cards, business credit cards, credit lines, and personal lines. 
  • If you already have a payment plan in place, another can’t be chosen using mobile or online banking. To explore other options, call us at 800-285-8585. We accept relay calls.
