What happens if my ReliaCard® is lost or stolen?

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your card without your permission, call us toll free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 855-282-6161. We accept relay calls. Your card can easily be replaced and the money on your card will be transferred to your new card instantly after you follow the instructions to activate your replacement card.
