What happens if my ReliaCard® is lost or stolen?

Is your ReliaCard® is missing or damaged? You can order a new one through our ReliaCard® Mobile App*.

If you find a transaction that's potentially not yours or need help, give us a call at 855-282-6161. We accept relay calls.

To order a new or replacement card using the ReliaCard® Mobile App

  1. From the main menu select Manage cards.
  2. Choose the reason from the replacement.
  3. We'll walk you through ordering a new card.
