We make redeeming your Real-Time Rewards easy and convenient. After you've enrolled in the Real-Time Rewards program, follow these steps:

1. We will send you a text message once a purchase is made within your selected categories.
2. Reply "REDEEM" to apply the rewards to your card balance. That's it!

The statement credit is processed within three business days and will appear on your next billing statement. Select categories may be excluded, and Real-Time Rewards is only available for transactions with U.S. merchants. 

For text messages, standard messaging charges apply through your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for specific fees and charges.
