What to do if I don't receive the one-time passcode once it's sent?

If the one-time passcode wasn't received, select the Send new code option at the bottom of the screen and a new one will be sent. You can also check your cellular plan to verify it has SMS messaging included. SMS messaging and a registered cellular device is required to use this service.
