What to do if I don't receive the one-time passcode once it's sent?

If the one-time passcode wasn't received, select Send new code and a new one will be sent.

If you still haven't receive it, try checking your cellular plan to verify it has SMS messaging included. SMS messaging and a registered cellular device is required to use this service.
