How do I establish a registered cellular device on my profile?

  • Send or receive money through a mobile phone number.
  • Change a debit card PIN.
  • Complete Login Assistance using a one-time passcode.

We're unable to accept international phone numbers; only domestic phone numbers are allowed.

More information

A mobile phone number can only be on file for one person. This means a signer can't register the same number that's already on file by another person or signer. If you attempt to register a mobile number already on file by someone else, you'll receive an error. In this situation, contact us at 800-987-7237. We accept relay calls.
