Online banking

For the best online banking experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

1. Select Get login help below the Log In button.
2. Select I don't know my username listed under Username field. 
3. Choose Phone or Email to look up your account and select Continue.
4. Verify the last four digits of your Social Security number, then select Continue.
5. We will send you a six-digit code. Enter this in the requested field to get your username.  

U.S. Bank Mobile App

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

1. Select Get login help on the login page.
2. Enter your phone number and the last four digits of your Social Security number, then select Continue.
3. Verify the last four digits of your Social Security number, then select Continue.
4. We will send you a six-digit code. Enter this in the requested field to get your username.
