It's easy to forget your username, but we can help you and any Shared Access users retrieve it. Choose the experience that works best for you. 

Finding your username using online banking

1. Select Profile & settings, then Manage profile & settings. Select Edit login preferences.
2. Select I don't know my username listed under Username field. 
3. Choose Phone or Email to look up your account and select Continue.
4. Verify the last four digits of your Social Security number, then select Continue.
5. We will send you a six-digit code. Enter this in the requested field to get your username.  

Finding your username in the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Select Get login help on the login page.
2. Enter your phone number and the last four digits of your Social Security number, then select Continue.
3. Verify the last four digits of your Social Security number, then select Continue.
4. We will send you a six-digit code. Enter this in the requested field to get your username.
