Where can I find information on how my credit card payments are applied?

The best way to find out how your payments are applied is to review your terms and conditions. To order a copy:

  • Call Cardmember Service at the number on the back of your card, or at 800-285-8585.
  • Log into digital banking at and follow these steps:
    1. Choose your card account from the dashboard.
    2. Select Request a cardmember agreement on the left side of the page. A new tab opens with a form to complete.
    3. Enter the requested information and choose Next
    4. Review your information. If correct, select Submit.
    5. Select Close window to return to digital banking.
