There are a few things you can troubleshoot to see why you may not be getting alerts.
- Review your alerts and profile to make sure the email addresses and mobile numbers are correct.
- Check to see if your internet service provider is delivering your email messages to a “Spam” or “Junk” folder in your email box.
- Add us to your address book (1800USBanks@alerts.usbank.com).
