To figure out why you aren't receiving account alerts, try these troubleshooting tips:
- Review your alerts and your online or mobile banking profile to make sure your email addresses and mobile numbers are correct.
- Check to see if your internet service provider is delivering your email messages to a “Bulk” folder in your email box.
- Add us to your address book (1800USBanks@alerts.usbank.com).
