How do I delete an account from external account transfers?

If you’d like to remove an account from your external account transfers list, follow these steps:

  1. Select Transfers at the top of the page, Transfer money, then External transfers.
  2. Choose Preferences from the upper right corner and select the account you'd like to remove.
  3. Select Delete Account, then Yes, Delete once more to delete the account from the list.

The option to manage your external account transfers list is only available on the full website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
