How do I use your automated phone system to get a replacement debit card?

You can use our automated phone system to order a replacement debit card and report your card as lost or stolen. Here's how:

  1. Call 800-USBANKS (872-2657) and follow the prompts to verify your identity. This may include:
    • Full account number
    • Social security number
    • One time passcode
    • Your current PIN
  2. Select any checking account and listen to the details.
  3. Once complete wait a moment without selecting any options. 
  4. When you hear "Tell me in a few words what you need help with?", say "Replace my debit card".
  5. Tell the automated phone system if your debit card was damaged, or if it was lost or stolen.  
  6. If you have more than one debit card, select one you want replaced.
  7. Enter your billing ZIP code.
  8. The automated phone system will review the order with you. Say "replace" to approve your order; or "cancel" to decline.
