You can use our automated phone system to order a replacement debit card and report your card as lost or stolen. Here's how:
- Call 800-USBANKS (872-2657) and follow the prompts to verify your identity. This may include:
- Full account number
- Social security number
- One time passcode
- Your current PIN
- Select any checking account and listen to the details.
- Once complete wait a moment without selecting any options.
- When you hear "Tell me in a few words what you need help with?", say "Replace my debit card".
- Tell the automated phone system if your debit card was damaged, or if it was lost or stolen.
- If you have more than one debit card, select one you want replaced.
- Enter your billing ZIP code.
- The automated phone system will review the order with you. Say "replace" to approve your order; or "cancel" to decline.
