- Call 800-USBANKS (872-2657) and follow the prompts to verify your identity.
- After you've been verified, select the checking account the debit card is tied to.
- Ask the automated system something like "Why was my debit card declined?"
- The system will review your account and provide the specific reason the card declined.
Please be aware, debit card decline reasons are only available for three days.
