If we're unable to complete instant verification for your external account transfer, we'll make two small deposits (microdeposits) of less than $1, within one to two days. Once you've received the deposits, complete the verification process below.
Online banking steps:
For the best online experience, we recommend logging into online banking.
- Select Transfers at the top of the page.
- Choose External transfers and wires, then select Manage recipients and accounts.
- Select Verify next to the new external account and enter the deposit amounts.
- Once verified, the Account Activated screen will appear and you can begin using it for transfers.

- Select Pay bills & transfer at the bottom of the dashboard
- Choose External transfers & wires, then select Manage recipients and accounts.
- Select Verify next to the new external account and enter the deposit amounts.
