If we can’t complete instant verification for your external account transfer, we'll make two small deposits of less than $1 within one to two days. Once you've received them, follow the steps below. 

To complete microdeposit verification using digital banking

1. Select Transfer & pay from your dashboard. Choose Transfers and select the Linked accounts tab.
2. Select Verify next to the new external account and enter the deposit amounts.
3. Once verified, the Account Activated screen will appear and you can begin using it for transfers.

External accounts that have been added, but not verified, will be automatically removed from your profile within 15 calendar days.
