If we're unable to complete instant verification for your external account transfer, we'll make two small deposits (microdeposits) of less than $1, within one to two days. Once you've received the deposits, complete the verification process below.

For the best online experience, we recommend logging into online banking.

1. Select Transfers at the top of the page.
2. Choose External transfers and wires, then select Manage recipients and accounts.
3. Select Verify next to the new external account and enter the deposit amounts.
4. Once verified, the Account Activated screen will appear and you can begin using it for transfers.

1. Select Pay bills & transfer at the bottom of the dashboard
2. Choose External transfers & wires, then select Manage recipients and accounts.
3. Select Verify next to the new external account and enter the deposit amounts.
4. Once verified, the Account Activated screen will appear and you can begin using it for transfers.
