If the business credit card is eligible for an ExtendPay Loan or Plan, we’ll send an email notification to the authorized officer. The loan or plan also becomes available within digital banking, once the email is sent.

Only the company’s authorized officer can enroll and accept an ExtendPay offer.

For ExtendPay Loans:

• On central billing accounts, the desired amount is chosen and posted to this account.
• On individual billing accounts, the desired amount is chosen and posted to the authorized officer’s account.

For ExtendPay Plans:

• On central billing accounts, eligible transactions posted to the centrally billed account are chosen. These include transactions made on all linked employee cards.
• On individual billing accounts, eligible transactions posted to the authorized officer’s card is chosen. These don’t include transactions made on employee cards.
