To view the most recent statements, choose the experience that works best for you:

Online banking

Select My Accounts at the top of the page, choose My Documents, then select Statements. From there you'll choose your mortgage account from the drop-down menu and a list of statements will display.

U.S. Bank Mobile App

Open the main menu, choose Statements & docs, then select eStatements. From there you'll choose your mortgage account and a list of statements will display.

Additional information

On the Statements page, the first list shows the four most recent monthly statements. The list below it displays the four most recent annual statements. 

• Monthly statements provide ongoing detail about the amount paid each month and what obligations, if any, were paid.
• The Annual Escrow Analysis Statement summarizes the previous year's activity. It tells you how much escrow was collected and dispersed, the amount remaining in the escrow account, and the calculations for the following year. If obligations were more than expected, the statement also provides how much the escrow account was short.
