We make it easy to transfer money between another financial institution and your U.S. Bank accounts. 

Online banking steps:

For the best online banking experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com. 

1. Select Transfers from the top menu bar then choose External transfers and wires, then Make an external transfer. 
2. Input the amount and use the drop-down to choose which accounts you'd like to send the money from and to. 
3. Enter the amount, then use the Repeat this Transfer toggle switch to activate the recurring transfer. 
4. Choose the desired frequency and stop repeating option. 
5. Once complete select Review and if all the information is accurate choose Start recurring transfers. 
6. A confirmation screen will display with the details of your transfer. Select Done to return to the account dashboard. 

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.​

1. Select Pay bills & transfer at the bottom of the account dashboard, then External transfers & wires. 
2. Select Transfer money beneath Make an external transfer and choose the accounts you want to transfer from and to. 
3. Enter the amount, then use the Repeat this Transfer toggle switch to activate the recurring transfer. 
4. Choose the desired frequency and stop repeating option. 
5. Once complete select Review and if all of the information is accurate choose Start recurring transfers. 
6. A confirmation screen will display with the details of your transfer. Select Done to return to the account dashboard.
