How do I enroll and accept an ExtendPay™ Loan or Plan?

You can start enrollment a couple different ways.

  • Use the link from your ExtendPay invitation email.
  • Logging into mobile or online banking.

Enrollment happens with the acceptance of an ExtendPay Loan or Plan. This means you've enrolled in the program when you accept an offer for the first time, or if you've accepted one before. ExtendPay Loan and Plan eligibility may change based on your credit card account activity. 

To get started:

  • Locate the invitation email, select the offer link and log into digital banking.

OR

  • Log into digital banking, select your credit card account from the dashboard and choose "Set up ExtendPay".

ExtendPay Loans:

  1. Choose your loan amount.
  2. Tell us where to deposit your funds.
  3. Choose the length of your loan.
  4. Review the details, agree to the terms and when ready, confirm it.

Additional information about ExtendPay Loans, including your maximum loan amount and monthly fee, are provided during enrollment.

ExtendPay Plans:

To enroll and accept the offer, follow these steps. 

  1. Choose which purchases to bundle.
  2. Select the plan you want.
  3. Review the details. If you agree, confirm the plan.

We'll send an email confirming your enrollment and acceptance of the offer. It will include what purchases were chosen for the plan and the maximum plan amount available.
