Why does my account have a negative balance?

If your account has a negative balance, you can check your transaction history to understand why the available balance is negative. ​​​​​​

At the top of the Transaction details screen, it will show how much funds were held during the transaction. This resulted in the difference between the running and available balance. You can select the specific transaction to view more details. *This section will only appear if your balance is negative.
