For help with making a balance transfer from another financial institution to your credit card, open the Smart Assistant and enter your command. Examples include phrases like "make a balance transfer" or "transfer a balance".

• When logged into online banking, the Smart Assistant is found in the upper right corner of the page. It looks like a search bar and is an interactive field to type in.
• When logged into mobile banking, select the blue microphone at the top left of the screen and speak out loud or type the request. 

Balance transfers can't be used to pay off or down any account issued by U.S. Bank. Balance transfers do not earn rewards.
