Accessing a digital copy of your statement, letters, tax or other documents is a convenient way to view information without needing to request a physical copy. Follow the steps below to access your electronic documents.

View documents in online banking

  2. Choose an account from the drop-down menu.

View your documents in the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Open the main menu in the upper-left corner and choose Statements & docs.
  2. Select your document type, then choose an account.

Additional information

  • When an account is selected, all available statements or other documents will display.
  • Select a different document year if you're looking for older documents.
  • Choose Download to view or print a document.

Note for statements: You can view up to seven years' worth of e-Statements on digital banking. Savings account statements aren't available if they were created before you enrolled in e-Statements.

Note for CDs: A certificate of deposit (CD) does not generate regular statements, but it does generate maturity notices and an end of year interest reporting statement.

Contact one of our representatives to display your CD account on your checking account statements. In addition to your checking account activity, the statement includes your CD balance information. We can be reached at 800-USBANKS (872-2657). We accept relay calls.
