What can I do if I redeemed my rewards for merchandise, but didn't get the order?

You can do a couple things to follow up on your missing order. 

  • Check your rewards history to find out the status of your order. 
  • Contact us at 888-229-8864. Be sure to tell us if it's been more than three (3) weeks since the order date and you haven't received it.

Please be aware you have 30 days from the expected delivery date, unless otherwise noted, to notify us the merchandise wasn't received. 

If you believe someone has fraudulently redeemed your rewards, please contact us right away. We'll research the redemption(s).

  • If it's determined to be fraud, the rewards will typically be returned within 10 business days.
  • If it's determined not to be fraud, we'll send you a letter regarding the case.
