What can I do if I redeemed my rewards for merchandise, but didn't get the order?

Consider checking your order history within digital banking. There, you can check the status to determine if it shipped or if it was placed on back-order. 

If it was shipped, check the date to see if it's been three weeks since the order date. if it has, call us at 888-229-8864. We accept relay calls.

You have 30 days from the expected delivery date to notify us the merchandise wasn't received, unless otherwise stated in the order.
