We don't recommend a specific method for destroying your plastic chip card. However, we do recommend ensuring any old cards are destroyed in a manner that prevents them from being used in the future.

If you have a metal card and we're sending you a card replacement, we will provide a prepaid envelope (domestic mail only) and mailing instructions to return the card to us.
