How do I stop my digital bills?

To turn off digital bills and receive paper statements from your biller, please choose the best experiences below.

Online banking

To get started, log into online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select the Bill payments tab located on the top menu bar and then select Pay bills & U.S. Bank accounts.
  2. Choose the biller and select Digital bills.
  3. Select Turn of digital bills and then Turn off digital bills to finish.

U.S. Bank Mobile App

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Select Pay bills & transfer, then select Pay a bill.
  2. Locate and select the desired biller from the list, then choose Digital bills.
  3. Select Turn off digital bills and then Turn off digital bills again.
