How do I stop my digital bills?

To stop your digital bills, log into online banking and follow the below steps:

  1. Select the Bill Payments tab located on the top menu bar and then select Pay bills & U.S. Bank accounts.
  2. Select the Show details on the biller you wish to stop digital bills for, then select Digital bills from the details widget.
  3. Select Turn off digital bills and then confirm.
  4. A confirmation page will display. 

The option to stop digital bills is only available on the full website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
