What information can I find in the Account Details section of my personal accounts?

On the Account Details section of your account(s), you'll see a wide variety of information. Depending on the account type you are viewing, that information changes. Review each section below to get an idea of what you can find in your online banking. 

Checking/Savings account

  • Interest rate
  • Interest paid year-to-date
  • Interest paid the previous year
  • Checking account fees

To see your Available balance summary select the words Available balance right below your available balance. This shows your completed transactions, unavailable funds, pending transactions and funds held from deposit.

Credit card accounts

  • Pending transaction total
  • Last payment date
  • Purchases and debits since last statement
  • YTD interest
  • Rewards Program
  • Last statement balance
  • Payments and credits since last statement
  • Next statement closing date
  • Amount available for a cash advance

Reserve line accounts

  • Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
  • Interest paid year-to-date
  • Interest paid the previous year
  • Last payment
  • Last auto payment, if applicable
  • Credit limit

Certificate of Deposit accounts

  • Account type
  • Maturity date
  • Grace period
  • Opening deposit
  • Purchase date
  • Term
  • Interest rate
  • Annual percentage yield (APY)
  • Payout frequency
  • Payout method
  • Paid year-to-date
  • Paid last year
  • Name(s) on the account

More information

Pending transactions have already been deducted from your available balance. Items NOT reflected in available balance include, but are not limited to: 

  • Checks written that haven't been cashed
  • Authorized automatic withdrawals (i.e. monthly subscriptions or payments)
  • Future payments scheduled through bill pay
  • Debit card authorizations that no longer appear as pending transactions, due to merchant delay
  • Funds held from deposit(s)
