Do you need to change your autopay amount or cancel it? Follow the steps below to make your changes to your bill pay.
How to change autopay in bill pay using digital banking
- Select Transfer & pay, then choose the Autopay tab.
- Find the biller whose automatic payment you want to cancel or edit and select Manage autopay.
- From here, you can edit or cancel the automatic payment. Both options will provide a review and confirmation screen once the changes have been made.
- To edit: Update the details, then select Continue.
- To cancel: Select Remove autopay, then select Yes, remove my autopay.
