How do I cancel or edit autopay for my bills?

To edit or cancel autopay for a bill, follow the steps below. If you need to cancel individual payments, see also: How do I view, edit, or cancel bill payments?

To make changes to your autopay using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Select Transfer & pay, choose Pay bills, then select the Autopay tab. 
  2. Choose the biller whose automatic payment you want to cancel or edit.
  3. Select Manage autopay
    • To edit: Update the details, then select Save
    • To cancel: Select Remove autopay, then select Yes, remove my autopay.
